Furman was born into a family of bad engineers and one good electrician. He is passionate about helping the hundreds of small HVAC business owners he has met in the field and at supply house counters. He leads all GTM functions at WorkHero.

Kyler has seen firsthand the joys and challenges of running a small business. He has a background in startup operations and product. He spends every day thinking about how to help get work done better and faster for WorkHero customers. He leads all Service & Product functions at WorkHero.

Val brings over 9 years of experience as an office manager and business owner in the HVAC industry. Val is an expert in all financial, operational, and administrative functions and well-versed in ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, and other software. She has helped one HVAC grow from $500k to $5M through improved operations and pricing strategies. Val also serves on the Women in HVACR Advisory Council. She comes from a family of small HVAC owners and deeply cares about seeing as many small business owners succeed as possible.

Zak has spent over a decade leading software teams and shipping products across biotech, healthcare, and the trades. He studied engineering at the University of Michigan and UC San Diego. He's particularly obsessed with great software design, magical AI tools, and climbing and hiking with his wife and two kids. As CTO, Zak leads software engineering and AI at WorkHero.

Omar is a product marketer and growth leader who's spent over 10 years helping small businesses, mainly in the trades, grow and scale. Omar has led GTM efforts for fintech and operations products at Housecall Pro, including accounting, payroll, tax, and websites for HVAC businesses. As a two-time founder, Omar has built companies from scratch and understands firsthand what it takes to scale sustainably. He applies a practical, operator-first perspective to marketing, GTM, and growth.

John is an experienced Customer Success leader with 10 years of experience managing teams in high-growth early stage startups. With 4 years of experience working with HVAC owners at a field service management company, he understands the unique challenges of growing a profitable business in this space.

Grant is a seasoned operations and marketing expert with over 7 years of experience in roles across the HVAC industry including starting as a technician in the field. He previously led office operations at a large $15M revenue company, including managing a team of CSRs and leading the implementation of ServiceTitan. Before that, he worked at Podium where he executed personalized marketing campaigns. Grant is passionate about helping more small HVAC companies thrive.

Stephanie has over a decade of HVAC office operations experience and specializes in identifying & executing workflow efficiencies. Her expertise spans scheduling, dispatching, reporting, AR management, and warehouse operations. She has led process development initiatives to enhance technician productivity and implemented industry software like ServiceTitan and Chirp. She is passionate about improving operations and maximizing profitability for customers.

Shannon brings over 25 years of experience in the trades, having navigated diverse roles spanning accounting, call center operations, field operations, and general management. She brings significant proficiency in different software and lots of hands-on experience in HVAC operations. Shannon's enthusiasm for joining WorkHero stems from her passion for supporting local HVAC businesses and her desire to foster opportunities and growth for small business owners and teams. Outside of work, she maintains a commitment to continuous learning through audiobooks and podcasts and values leading a healthy lifestyle.

With six years of experience in the trades, Letty has worked her way from customer service to Operations Manager within a $12M organization. She is skilled in developing SOPs, strengthening internal workflows, and optimizing Service Software systems. As a certified ServiceTitan admin, she brings both technical expertise and operational insight to every project. Letty is passionate about helping businesses grow, stay efficient, and hit the goals that matter.

Kelsey has six years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a background spanning permitting, dispatching, and department management. She launched and grew a highly successful electrical division before moving into marketing and sales support, where she played a key role in building a comprehensive, user-friendly sales pricebook and the resources teams rely on in the home. Known for her organization and problem-solving skills, Kelsey is driven by a passion for helping small HVAC companies streamline operations and grow with confidence.

Brandon has over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, starting as a technician beforemoving into marketing, operations, and leadership. He’s led process improvements anddeveloped systems to help small businesses scale more efficiently without disrupting day-to-dayoperations. Brandon is passionate about helping HVAC contractors streamline their workflows,reduce stress, and build sustainable growth.

Drawing from five years of HVAC experience and a rapid rise from CSR to management, Stephanie B is a dedicated Office Manager driven by a genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive and succeed. She leverages her background as a ServiceTitan Certified Administrator to guide contractors through everything from daily dispatching and payroll to complex mergers and policy development. Based in Utah, Stephanie is known for her resourceful, tactful approach and her unwavering commitment to educating small business owners on the best practices necessary for long-term growth.

With 15 years of HVAC office experience and a background in a family-owned HVAC business, Elysa understands contractor workflows and the real pressures of day-to-day work. She values strong relationships and dependable systems, focusing on reducing administrative burden so owners can improve cash flow, operate more smoothly, and build healthier, more profitable businesses.

With a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency, he specializes in streamlining internal processes and optimizing day-to-day workflows, especially in ServiceTitan.
